该实训室于2016年2月建成，主要设备有:卧式车床48台、立式铣床6台、卧式铣床6台、平面磨床1台、外圆磨床1台、摇臂钻床1台、砂轮机7台。可同时容纳100人进行实训教学。
实训室主要承担的实训教学有：车床、铣床、磨床、钻床的操作，刀具的刃磨与安装，车削、铣削、磨削、钻削加工的基本操作，各类轴类、盘类、套类、平面类、键槽类零件的加工，生产质量管理技术、精益管理技术，机床操作者的职业道德及日常保养等实训项目。
实训室有副高1人、车工高级技师1人、技师4人、中级工1人，具有车工考评员资格2人，参与教学及培训的老师拥有丰富的教学经验。实训室不仅能满足校内车工中级工、高级工、技师的培训，而且也可承接校外各级车工的培训,也可为本地相关企业提供生产加工服务。
实训室的设备不仅有利于我校开展传统制造技术教学，有利于“创新创业”活动的开展，并有助于师生开展相关科学研究，为本区域的制造业提供新工艺研究与开发支持。
The training room was founded in Feb., 2016. There are 48 horizontal lathes, 6 vertical milling machines, 6 horizontal milling machines, a surface grinding machine, a cylindrical grinding machine, a radial drilling machine and 7 grinders in the room. The 100 students can be accommodated to training at the same time.
The training missions in the room, including the following programs: the operation for the lathe, milling machine, grinder, drilling machine; grinding and mounting the cutting tools; the basic operation of turning machining, milling machining, grinding; the machining of various shaft-like, tray-like sleeve-like, plane-like, keyway-like parts; the management technology for production quality, lean management technology, professional morality for machine tool operator and the normal maintenance.
There is an associate senior teacher, a senior technician for lathe, 4 technicians, a intermediate worker, 2 qualified examiners for lathe in the training room. The teachers involved in the training works own the rich teaching experiences. The condition of training room not only can meet the needs of lathe training for the intermediate worker, senior worker, and technicians in campus, but also meet the needs of lathe training for all level outside campus, as well as provide the fabrication service for the local enterprises.
The condition of the training room not only can perform the training for traditional manufacturing technology, benefit the activity of innovation and entrepreneurship,but also benefit the science research to support the new technology development for the local manufacturing enterprises.
