实验室主要设备有:数字电路实验箱(THD-1型)30台、数字电路实验箱(TKD-1型)25台、数字电路实验箱(THD-2型)13台、函数信号发生器(TFG1905B)25台、数字存储示波器(UT-2062CE)36台、数显直流电流表(MD-SXB-1)25台、数显直流电压表(MD-SXY-1)25台、数字万用表(VC9808+)35台。可同时容纳50人进行实验教学。
实验室主要承担《数字电子技术实验》课程教学。主要实验项目有:晶体管开关特性、限幅器与钳位器;TTL集成逻辑门的逻辑功能与参数测试;CMOS集成逻辑门的逻辑功能与参数测试;集成逻辑电路的连接与驱动;组合逻辑电路的设计与测试;译码器及其应用;数据选择器及其应用;触发器及其应用;计数器及其应用;移位寄存器及其应用;脉冲分配器及其应用;使用门电路产生脉冲信号;稳态触发器与施密特触发器;555时基电路及其应用;D/A和A/D转换器;智力竞赛抢答装置;电子秒表;3位半直流数字电压表;数字频率计;拔河游戏机。通过实验加深学生对已学过的数字电子技术课内容的理解,培养学生分析、设计、组成和调试数字电路的基本技能,提高学生的工程实践、技术应用、设计开发和创新能力。
