该实训室于2016年9月建成，拥有焊接工位18个，主要设备有全数字CO2/MAG焊机15台、全数字直流TIG焊机15台、交直流方波焊机2台、自动埋弧焊机1台、MOSFET逆变整流弧焊机10台、数字化IGBT逆变交直流氩弧焊机8台、焊接生产现场管理软件1套，焊接区采用凯斯德集中排烟除尘系统，能对18个焊接工位实现独立排烟，极大改善焊接人员劳动条件，可同时容纳70人进行实训教学。
主要承担的实训教学有：在校生的焊接技能实训，焊工中级工、高级工的培训，社会短期焊工培训。
本实训室有焊接专业高级工程师1人、高级技师2人、技师3人，具有焊工考评员资格2人，参与教学及培训的老师具备“双师双能”资格。本实训室不仅能满足校内在校生的焊接技能培训，而且也可承接市级、区级焊接技能大赛和比赛选手的集训，校外短期焊工的培训，也可为本地相关企业提供焊接技术咨询服务。
The training room was founded in Sept. 2016. There are 18 sets of welding stations, 15 sets of all-digital CO2/MAG welding machines, 15 sets of full-digital TIG DC welding machines, 2 sets of AC/DC square wave welding machines, an automatic submerged arc welding machine, 10sets of MOSFET inverter arc welding rectifier, 8 sets of argon arc welding machine with digital IGBT inverter, a set of management software for welding production. A dust removal system is adopted to centralize extracting smoke in welding training room. The adopted measure effectively improves the working condition for the welders. The condition of the training room can accommodate 70 students or other persons to the welding training.
The training missions in the room, including the following programs: welding skill training for the undergraduate, intermediate welding worker, senior welding worker, and short time welding training for the social persons.
There is a senior engineer from welding major, 2 senior technicians, 3 technicians in the training room. The teachers involved in the teaching and training tasks own the qualification of “double teachers and double skills”. The condition of the training room not only can meet the needs of welding skill training for the undergraduates, accommodate the welding skill competition and the intensive training for the contestants at the city level and autonomous region level, welding worker training in short period for the society, as well as provide a good consult service for the local enterprises.
